Christmas Crafts For Kids

Christmas Crafts for Kids

Here is a delightful set of Christmas Crafts for Kids that you can print, color, and assemble for the holidays. There is a Christmas tree with lots of bright candles, candy canes, and ornaments, as well as presents for Peggy Perkins and Margie Martin to play with.

You may want to print the dolls, tree, and accessories on card stock to make them nice and sturdy. It will be a little easier to color these items before you cut them out. For the tree, cut into the double lines on the base to make locks, and into the double lines on the tree to make slits. Fold over at the dotted lines at the top if the tree and the dotted lines at the base of the tub in opposite directions. Bring the bases together and slide the locks from side into the locks on the opposite side. The tree should then stand alone. Cut the slits in the tree to slide the tabs of the ornaments inside.

I have added a base for the dolls that you can wrap into a circle behind each doll and glue or tape in place. This should allow them to stand on their own. Or you can just cut around the feet. The clothes can be printed on regular paper and cut out. Make sure to cut carefully around the tabs. You’ll see dotted lines on the hats. Carefully use an Exacto blade to cut along the dots to fit the hats on the dolls’ heads.
