Major Arcana Cards
On this page are thirteen illustrations of the Arcana Major Cards found in the Rider-Waite Tarot deck. Although the deck is named after publisher William Rider and mystic A.E. Waite, it was Pamela Colman Smith, a woman of Afro-Caribbean descent, who brought the imagery to life. She was largely uncredited in her lifetime, and only recently has her contribution gained the recognition it deserves. The images here represent cards 10 through 21 plus The Fool.
