Dulac (1882-1953) was a French-British illustrator who is renowned for his enchanting and evocative illustrations for children’s books, fairy tales, and classic literature. Dulac’s drawings are often described as dreamlike and otherworldly, transporting viewers to fantastical realms filled with fairies, princesses, and mythical creatures. His art work for Poe’s book of poetry definitely brings out the depth and emotion of Poe’s work.
