Free Fonts
Who doesn’t love to use interesting text in their arts and crafts? I love having lots of interesting fonts on my computer. Here’s a list of my favorite free font sites. Use these free fonts and add some pizazz to your text. As always, be sure to check out each site’s terms of use.
- Blue Vinyl Fonts ~ Check the Freeware link on the left side. Some very nice free fonts, icons, and ornaments.
- Typeoasis ~ A huge and creative collections of fonts, type art, and dingbats.
- FontGarden ~ Check out the Font Categories at the top of the page to narrow your search, otherwise you could get lost in here.
- 1001 Free Fonts ~ A little bit crazy how many fonts are listed on this site. Each font is labeled whether it’s okay for personal or commercial use.
- DaFont ~ Hundreds more fonts. Many are duplicates of the previously listed site, but I think this website loads a bit faster.
- StereoType ~ A small, but delightful set of fonts that are free for personal use.
