In this contemporary wall sculpture golden leaves and vines spill out of two rounded windows. The surface of the altered pages are richly textured with metallic green and green gold acrylic. Individual leaves are covered with gold leaf and gold metallic paint, pouring out with regal elegance.

ABOUT THE BOOK SCULPTURES :: Each one-of-a-kind contemporary wall sculpture was created from an altered book. Most of my book sculptures are inspired by the title of the book and designed using paints, inks, mediums, and pages taken from the book itself. The books are supported on the back with a painted wooden frame, and strung with picture hanging wire, allowing them to be hung flat on the wall of any room.
